MONTHLY MAINTENANCE REPORT
- Replaced bathroom stall door hinges over at Choctaw Pass Shower House
- Ran magnet on Leisure Drive, Fairview Road, by dumpsters and Shower Houses
- Maintenance on all machinery
- Changed tire on trailer
- Graded and cut ditch, cleaned out culvert on Shimmy Road and Oak Grove Road
- Pulled Culvert, dug ditch and moved driveway entrance at Troy & Jennifer Smith Blk 91 lots 6 & 7
instead of replacing with culverts they already had. - Pulled Culvert, angled it more down for better run off on the east end of Fairview Road right before
Vic Schlup’s place - Mike Balls covered 2” pipe and did away with a dirt pile. Just graded dirt on road too.
- Culvert on Deepwood Drive. Pulled on up and replaced it.
- Graded and smoothed out Fox Trot Drive, Cintro Drive, Grove Drive and Deep Meadows Dr.
- Smashed trash on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Brought more big rocks from quarry to put up at Puddle Jumpers to stop side by sides from coming in
without going through the front gate. - Took out 8” culvers and installed a 26 foot 15 foot culvert at Brad and Gail Lytch’s on their 2nd
driveway. - Ran grader down Gamble Court
- Put UV Filter in at community building for water treatment
- Trimmed trees and weed eated at the corner of Homer and Choctaw Pass. Was a dangerous
intersection had to pull out in street to see around corner. Requested by Tammy Parks/Chuck Martin
& Betterment Committee. - Graded and smoothed out Hickory Hallow Drive. Also worked on North Greenwood where the two
meet. - MJ’s culvert off of Homer Drive dug up culvert and put it deeper in the ground. Added 12” of culvert
he already had to make it longer. 8:30 am to 11:45 am. Took extra dirt/clay and rock and dumped it
on N Greenwood as a filler that we need for that road. - Put rock at Todd’s old place on Leisure Drive to stop people from coming in who haven’t been
paying dues. Also put poles off Fairview Drive along with some rock in other places. - Fixed the guard shack storm door shock and shock mount where the wind caught it and bent the
shock mount - Gave bathrooms a complete cleaning. There were cobb and spider webs in the rafters. So bleached
walls, faucets,. Shower stalls, floors, bench and sprayed te whole bathroom down. Addressed
problems that had been left unattended for awhile. - Put more dirt and smoothed out N. Greenwood with Bobcat.
