Hello BTH Owners – Just a couple of housekeeping items as I’ve been notified by the other Trustees that there are questions coming in about the AOC. Here is a summary of where we stand: AOC EXECUTION Assessment Due Date: April 3rd, 2024 Sequence of activities that need to take place and are scheduled to be discussed between the Trustees: -Identification of the lots that are considered as deviations is due to the DNR within 30 days of the final execution of the AOC. The Trustees are identifying a method in which the community can assist with ensuring the locations of the tanks and permanent structures on a lot are captured and documented accordingly. -Tank Management Plan needs to be completed and implemented. There are a lot of things that need to be addressed and the AOC lists out what/when deliverables are due. If anyone would like to volunteer some time to help out, please let one of the Trustees know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kevin
