AOC Update
Hello BTH Owners – Just a couple of housekeeping items as I’ve been notified by the other Trustees that there are questions coming in about the AOC. Here is a summary of where we stand: AOC EXECUTION Assessment Due Date: April 3rd, 2024 Sequence of activities that need to take place and are scheduled to be discussed between the Trustees: -Identification of the lots that are considered as deviations is due to the DNR within 30 days of the final execution of the AOC. The Trustees are identifying a method in which the community can assist with ensuring the locations of the tanks and permanent structures on a lot are captured and documented accordingly. -Tank Management Plan needs to be completed and implemented. There are a lot of things that need to be addressed and the AOC lists out what/when deliverables are due. If anyone would like to volunteer some time to help out, please let one of the Trustees know.
