MONTHLY MAINTENANCE REPORT
- Installed time clock in Maintenance Building
- Put new hose on the Bent Tree Drive Shower House
- Traveled to Arkansas to get pump that was counter clockwise rotation for the pump truck. Donated
by the Poker Run - Traveled to Sedalia to get an engine for the pump truck. Donated by Poker Run. Also completely
deleted the PTO unity which was the problem. We did not have to rebuild the transmission - Dug ditch at Puddle Jumpers to install 1 3⁄4” pipe for fish tank drainage out by z highway to avoid
overfilling of our holding tank. We still have to plumb the inside. When completed it will
completely avoid the Community Building holding tank. - Chuck Coffey brought 5 to 6 loads of gravel. We have maybe have 3⁄4’s of a truck load left to last till
first of March - Larry Harman had 6 loads of gravel brought in last day of the month. We have changed providers.
Better cost and better service. - Dug out culvert at the Smith’s on Fairview to replace square culvert with plastic culvert. Then they
decided against that and we moving some larger rocks to extra dirt and started working it into
Fairview. - Started bringing big rocks from the quarry up to puddle jumpers to block where they are cutting wires
to bring side by sides in without going through the front gate. - Cleaned butters out at community building and washed out condenser on air conditioner. Swept out
mail room and Pavilion - Dug ditch and build a burm at Bill Kronk’s
- Built a burm at Rob Park’s and brought gravel out of ditch to the road
- Dug out Puddle Jumpers to install 2” pipe and a cleanout for bait tank to drain out by z highway into
culverts, and backfilled. - Regraded Elk Run Drive whish washed away and dug out some more ditches
- Cut 1⁄2” plywood board for Pavilion Windows for Shirley B urge to do a mural on for the Helping
Hands Closet. - Set up tables and chairs for events, meetings, etc. in community building.
- Graded road in front of maintenance building
- Put gravel down the East side of the Pavilion and raked in down so you don’t trip when stepping up.
- Installed culvert on Deepwood Drive, laid
- Put wax rings and new toilet bolt set in woman’s shower house on Choctaw Pass for the women’s
toilet. - New toilet seat on at Choctaw Pass Men’s shower house.
- Graded and smoothed out South Greenwood by and in front of Jason (Dean) Jones place
- Mowed one last time around shower houses, Pavilion, Community Building, Entrance and Guard
Shack - Put 3’ x 5” that extends to 8” sliding locks on all the shower houses.
- Graveled down Denwood Drive and Flint Rock Drive. Smoothed out with Skid Loader.
- Moved parking blocks back 3’ from mailroom so people wouldn’t keep bumping the newly painted
building. Painting courtesy of Betterment Group. - Speed limit signs up at either end of Deepwater Drive
- Pulled out 4 CULVERTS ON Elk Run Drive that were completely clogged up and tossed them up in
the yards and dug ditches down and around to culvert at the bottom of the hill. - Graded-Drowned and smoothed out and dug ditches on Blackwood Drive, Plum Tree Drive and Dry
Fork Drive. Also dug out the culvert that was filled in at bottom of the hill. - Smashed trash when needed. Try to keep it done Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
- Built a burm across Chuck Martin’s place
- Took down the burm at Vic Schulup’s from top of hill and replace with a runoff and ditch at the end
of a small burm to push water down the creek. - Dug Ditch and Cleaned culverts on Fairview in front of Jeremiah and Nicole Hayes’ place.
- Dug ditch on Homer Roan in front of Serge Fountain’s House
- Graded and crowned Lone Elk Road and got rid of 8-10 ruts that zig-zagged down the road. Also
spread gravel down the center of the top of the hill - Put up speed limit signs on Fern Glen Road
- Kept Shower houses cleaned and maintained as well as fixed all non working toilets. Snaked all
drains. - Cut fallen tree at Jen Dalton’s and got it out of the road.
- Dug out ditch at Craig Atkinson’s and built burm
- Graded and smoothed out Mayapple Drive, Hidden Dale Lane, Lost Trail Drive, Indian Hills
- Put transmission back in pump truck, did away with PTO. Put an engine on it to run
